Job Title: Full Stack Groovy Developer\Entities of Responsibilities and Objectives

The primary responsibilities encompassed in the role of a Full Stack Groovy Developer involve:
  • Developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications utilizing Groovy, with an emphasis on delivering high-performance software.
  • Collaborating closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless delivery of top-quality software solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Contributing to the design and architecture of software solutions, leveraging expertise in Groovy to create scalable, efficient, and well-structured codebases.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards by implementing clean, modular, and testable code.
  • Conducting unit testing and providing support for integration and user acceptance testing, ensuring comprehensive quality assurance throughout the development process.
  • Resolving software defects and production issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing system availability.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement by researching and implementing new technologies and development methodologies to enhance team productivity and skills.

  • Prior experience as a Full Stack Groovy Developer or equivalent role in software development is required.
  • Expert proficiency in Groovy and experience working with frameworks such as Grails.
  • Knowledge and skillset in Jenkins shared libraries development is highly valued.
  • Strong familiarity with Java and other JVM-based languages is necessary.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services is required.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
