Job Title: Hardware Architect - BMS Systems">

The organization is seeking a skilled Hardware Architect to design and develop innovative BMS systems for BESS domains. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing state-of-the-art hardware, ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing EMI/EMC aspects, and delivering high-quality modules/systems on-time.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs. Experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis is also essential.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex use cases, as well as working with various sensing technologies, hardware peripherals, and communication circuit designs.

Key Requirements:

  • 12-14 years of experience in the field
  • Demonstrated experience developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS
  • Experience and strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs
  • Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries for Energy storage application such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Safety Regulatory standards like IEC61508, ISO26262 when building HW designs)
  • Contactors and Relays
  • Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products
