Seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Architect to spearhead our data management initiatives and drive business growth through strategic data solutions.

About the Role:

As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, overseeing data assets, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead the development of data architecture and solution design, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Informatica with Snowflake for seamless data movement and transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements, ensuring quality and timeliness of projects.
  • Enhance organizational decision-making by surfacing data priorities and maximizing value derived from analytics.
  • Conduct business data modeling and enable enterprise data management practices.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on information systems design or data architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing information solutions and database structures (transactional modeling, dimensional modeling, data vault, star schema).
  • Strong expertise in IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) and hands-on experience implementing Informatica with Snowflake for enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience working across cultures, coaching teams, and driving high performance.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing data and analytics management programs is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze project/program/portfolio needs and determine required resources while overcoming cross-functional challenges.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
