Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

  • 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in corporate settings with full life cycle recruiting expertise.

We are seeking a strategic talent acquisition manager to drive our recruitment strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
