Senior Automotive Embedded Software Developer Lead

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Software Engineer to lead our team in developing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for automotive applications. This role will involve defining and implementing safety concepts and software safety requirements, developing, validating, and productizing automotive software features, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Concepts Implementation: Define and implement safety concepts and software safety requirements in line with ISO26262 standards.
- Software Development: Develop, validate, and productize automotive software features (drivers, BSP, RTOS, AUTOSAR) while ensuring adherence to software quality processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, design, production, and IP bench teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of software features.
- Test Execution and Troubleshooting: Coordinate feature validation plans, execute tests, root-cause abnormal behaviors, and propose fixes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of software engineering experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years experience, or PhD with 1+ year experience.
- Programming Experience: 2+ years of academic or work experience programming in C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
- Embedded Software Development: 6 to 9 years of embedded software development experience including low-level drivers and RTOS.
- Desirable Skills: Expertise in one or more areas such as strong C and Assembly programming, ARM TrustZone & ARMv7/v8 architecture knowledge, Debugging experience with Lauterbach JTAG debuggers, and ISO26262 functional safety and ASPICE processes.
