Transformative Data Insights Specialist

Job Overview:

As a key member of our data science team, you will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making through the application of advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of complex systems, statistical modeling, and experimentation design to extract actionable insights from large datasets.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities for process improvements, develop simulation models to validate hypotheses, and design robust experiments to deliver unbiased insights for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets using Python, R, and SQL to extract meaningful patterns and signals.
  • Develop and implement simulation models to validate hypotheses and quantify performance gains.
  • Design robust experiments and metric frameworks to deliver unbiased insights for product and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven solutions into production-grade ML systems.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
  • Optimize ML algorithms and infrastructure to improve efficiency, scalability, and success factors.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data manipulation libraries.
  • Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and statistical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
