Our Insights & Advisory (IA) team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data.

This helps decision-makers make informed choices positively impacting their organization's performance and bottom line.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Analytical Thinking: Interpreting complex macroeconomic and geopolitical data, geo-strategic plans, funding data, and donor dynamics.
  • Multi-Stakeholder Environment: Working in complex consulting projects with preferred global exposure.
  • Customer-Facing Capabilities: Delivering consulting engagements with excellent client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-7 years in consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
  • Macroeconomic Analysis: At least 4 years of experience in analyzing macroeconomic and geopolitical data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a demonstrated commitment to quality client services.
  • Project Leadership: Self-starter, high-performance achiever, and project task leader with cross-functional project delivery experience.
  • Diversity and Communication: Passionate about working in highly diverse consulting firms and able to communicate complex ideas clearly at an executive level.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with attentive and active listening ability.
  • Technical Skills: Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • Advanced Degrees: Advanced degrees in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or Social Sciences with a focus on macroeconomics or international economics.
