**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our AI-driven finance platform. As a founding member of this initiative, you will have the opportunity to shape the technology stack, product, and culture from the ground up.

This is an exceptional chance for a seasoned developer to build solutions for complex problems in a mission-critical role. You will be working on architecting and scaling backend systems, building APIs and services using Python (FastAPI/Flask), and delivering features from concept to implementation in collaboration with the founders.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in backend software engineering, a strong builder/founder mindset, and proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask). A top-tier university background (IITs preferred) and clear motivation for a high-impact role are also essential.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 4–8 years backend software engineering experience
  • Strong builder/founder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask)
