We're seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Professional to spearhead the development of robust testing strategies and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for critical business initiatives, ensuring seamless software product delivery.
  • Develop expertise in leading-edge test automation tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven testing and analysis solutions, including test generation, risk prediction, and smart reporting.
  • Promote secure software development practices and automated security testing methodologies to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
  • Cultivate deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies to drive process improvements and innovation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Bring 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Hold ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification, with a strong foundation in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures.
