Job Title: Procurement & Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing process, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering strong relationships with vendors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Sourcing team and Planning Team to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate daily with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production status, inspect goods, and address any quality concerns.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to secure optimal pricing and services from vendors.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of procurement software and systems.
