Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time / Full-Time (Home Visit Assignments)

Payment Structure:

• 60% of service fee goes to the therapist
• 40% retained by the company
• Payments are released monthly between 1st to 10th of every month

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care & Treatment:

   • Provide professional home physiotherapy sessions based on patient needs
   • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
   • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy accordingly

2. Professional Conduct:

   • Maintain punctuality for all appointments
   • Ensure patient privacy and follow ethical medical practices
   • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care

3. Coordination & Reporting:

   • Update patient treatment progress on our platform
   • Coordinate with our team for scheduling and patient updates
   • Report any critical health concerns immediately

4. Compliance & Quality Standards:

   • Follow established guidelines and protocols
   • Maintain hygiene, safety, and professional behavior at all times

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in clinical or home physiotherapy
• Skills: Strong communication, patient handling, and therapeutic expertise
• Location: Therapist can select their convenient area
