We are looking for a skilled content ideator to play a key role in developing and implementing innovative content strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative ideation capabilities, with the ability to break down ideas into actionable activities that drive organic exposure and consumer traction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideate and develop large-scale content IPs that can run across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Break down ideas into actionable activities with organic exposure for the brand, while maintaining a consumer-centric approach.
  • Support revenue teams in selling these initiatives as the go-to creative expert.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong creative ideation capabilities on factual and entertainment content, across audio-visual formats and platforms.
  • Ability to identify, curate, and judge ideas and effective content/creative work.
  • Understanding of traditional and new-age media formats and platforms.
  • Basic brand management principles will be helpful.
  • Hands-on experience with digital content and social media platforms will be a significant strength.
  • 4+ years of experience in TV, advertising, digital agencies, content studios, or media and entertainment companies.
