Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our QA team in defining quality standards and best practices. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools, strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript, and expertise in testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS). They will also possess a solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting
Requirements
  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS)
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience working in startups and remote teams
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive
