Education Policy Implementation Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Education and Skill Development practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education policy implementation, particularly within a Project Management Unit (PMU) setup, and experience working with a Big4 or top consulting firm. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving impactful change in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage education policy implementation projects within a PMU setup.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance education and skill development initiatives.
- Collaborate with government agencies, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
- Provide expert advice and insights on education policy and program development.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of project objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support policy recommendations and project planning.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Master's degree from a tier 1 or tier 2 institution.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in education policy implementation and project management, GTM strategies, market research.
- Proven experience working and leading in a PMU setup.
- Prior experience with a Big4 or consulting firm is preferred.
- Strong understanding of education policy frameworks and implementation strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in managing large-scale education projects.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the education sector.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
