Coupa Software Solutions Architect Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Purchase to Pay Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and deploy Coupa's Purchase to Pay solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement Coupa's Purchase to Pay solution for clients, utilizing expertise in procurement processes and best practices.
- Provide subject matter expertise to external implementation partners, ensuring successful customer onboarding and adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Management to drive the strategic direction of the product, incorporating customer feedback and industry insights.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate customers on Coupa's features and functionality.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in procurement, either internally or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
- Proven expertise in Purchase to Pay processes, with a strong understanding of sourcing, category management, and contract management.
- Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is required.
