Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Test Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of complex integrated circuits. This includes creating and maintaining test programs using languages like Verilog and VHDL, performing high voltage stress testing, very low voltage testing, IO parametric tests, IDD measurements, and top-level verification.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test plans for ADC/DAC, SERDES, ATPG, Boundary Scan, and other components
  • Implement internal loopback, SCAN, pre & post-trim tests, IO DC parametric tests, process monitor/ring oscillator tests, and other procedures
  • Conduct fault coverage analysis and optimize test time for production testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug issues and provide reports for failure analysis support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in ASIC test engineering
  • Proficiency in Verilog and VHDL programming languages
  • Strong understanding of digital logic and circuit design
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
