  • Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements. Provide exceptional support and guidance to help them make informed decisions about their education.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform, emphasizing its benefits and features. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Counselling will be done in both face-to-face and phone modes. Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Achieve 100% of monthly assigned targets for calling and admissions. Continuously monitor progress and adjust tactics as needed to meet or exceed goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Understand and address student queries and challenges post-admission. Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely solutions.
  • Manage detailed records of student queries and coordinate with relevant teams for effective resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on actions taken.
  • Follow up with students for fee collection as per guidelines. Ensure seamless payment processes and minimize any disruptions.
