Job Title: Transfer Pricing Manager">

Avaya is a global leader in communications products, solutions and services for businesses of all sizes, delivering technology predominantly through software and services.

As part of Avayas Tax Team, you will be based in India, working closely with the controllership team and other core functions. Your key focus will be on ensuring that Avayas legal entities comply with global / OECD transfer pricing requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Transfer Pricing Calculation (30%): This involves identifying and calculating transfer prices to ensure fair market value.
  • Transfer Pricing Documentation (40%): Preparation of Avayas OECD Global Transfer Pricing Documentation, review of local country reports, and aggregation of data / inputs required for above documentation.
  • Transfer Pricing Advisory (20%): Identification and review of legislative and factual changes, collaboration with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure accurate and compliant intercompany transactions, support for Transfer Pricing related tax audits, and liaison with external transfer pricing advisors.

About You:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in business English.
  • Organized, analytical, and a team player with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Transfer Pricing practical and technical tax expertise (2-5+ years of experience preferred).

Additional Qualifications: Experience with financial modelling and economic analysis, automation of transfer pricing processes, SAP/HFM/Alteryx/transfer pricing software/tools, and strong understanding of international tax principles, OECD guidelines, and local transfer pricing regulations.
