Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for various financial operations including preparation and verification of Purchase & Sales Bills, cash control, voucher preparation, daily transaction entries in accounting books/ERP, creditors management, vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS, handling LC documentation, preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements, salary & wages computation, maintaining Salary and Attendance Registers, monthly stock statements preparation for banks, assistance in finalization of accounts, drafting official letters related to accounts and statutory matters, and preparation of MIS reports for management.

In addition to these tasks, you will also handle statutory compliances such as income tax, GST, PF & ESI, and legacy compliances like VAT/CST and Excise Duty. This includes TDS computation & payment, e-filing of returns, issuing Form 16/16A, advance tax computation, ITR filing, registration, amendments, challan generation, filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, annual returns, refunds, audits, and E-Way bills, monthly contributions, UAN generation, transfers/withdrawals, employee registration under PF/ESI, filing, reconciliations, and audit support.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance, proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple statutory timelines. You should have a minimum B.Com (Accounting/Finance) degree and preferably M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts. Experience of 1.3 – 7 years is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: B.Com (Accounting/Finance) degree and preferably M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts.
  • Work Experience: 1.3 – 7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance, proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple statutory timelines.
