Project Overview:

As a seasoned Murex Implementations Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex upgrade program from an offshore location.

  • End-to-end project execution, including initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, completion, stakeholder communication, and fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, issues, critical path activities, track mitigations, resolution, and provide solutions.
  • People management, resource management, project status tracking, and setting up different levels of governance.

This role requires excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Offshore delivery management experience and team management experience are essential. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Murex implementations is mandatory. Experience in handling at least one Murex upgrade project and exposure to project management tools (Jira, etc.) and scrum certification are highly desirable.
