Project Manager Role Overview

The Project Manager is a vital position in our global organization, overseeing end-to-end project management support for client implementations. This involves collaborating with colleagues across departments to understand and document requirements, designing project management elements, and providing client and colleague support throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our solutions and platforms.
  • Working with clients and colleagues to create project scope of work plans and documentation.
  • Leading planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Developing, communicating, and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Preparing project reports for status meetings as required.
  • Identifying, tracking, and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that arise during implementation.
  • Monitoring workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project goals accurately and on time.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, such as vendors and contractors.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, feedback, etc., with speed, accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • Ensuring project plans deliver against SLAs and KPI expectations for costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a project management environment is essential.
  • Education/certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and prioritizing workloads for self and others.
