Job Description:

  • Design and Build Safety Measures for LLMs
    • Develop techniques to prevent prompt injection, detect toxicity/bias, and identify hallucination/jailbreak.
    • Evaluate the safety, fairness, and compliance of LLMs.
  • Create Evaluation Frameworks
    • Process, tag, and evaluate LLM outputs using Python and SQL.
  • Implement Automated Workflows
    • Use vector databases and embeddings to detect unsafe content or model drift.
  • Build Internal Dashboards
    • Visualize data using Streamlit, Dash, or lightweight React/JS.
  • Collaborate with Teams
    • Integrate safety components into production APIs or applications.
  • Stay Current with Research
    • Ai safety research, emerging tools (Ragas, LangChain), and regulatory standards (EU AI Act).
