Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and configuration of software systems for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) projects. This role involves managing end-to-end ADAS programs, including planning, execution, and delivery across multiple vehicle platforms.

About the Role:

  • Define system requirements, architecture, and integration strategies for ADAS features such as lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance.
  • Oversee development of algorithms for sensor fusion using radar, LiDAR, and camera systems, leveraging NVIDIA DRIVE AGX and CUDA-accelerated frameworks.
  • Lead simulation and real-world testing efforts using NVIDIA Omniverse Replicator and Drive Sim for synthetic data generation and scenario validation.
  • Ensure adherence to automotive safety standards including ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
  • Work closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal engineering teams to align on technical and program goals.
  • Support development of cloud-based vehicle data platforms and V2X communication strategies for enhanced situational awareness and connectivity.
  • Promote use of AUTOSAR and model-based design tools for scalable and maintainable ADAS solutions.
  • Encourage integration of AI/ML for advanced perception and decision-making capabilities, including GenAI for code generation, test case automation, and documentation.
  • Utilize GenAI tools for automated requirements analysis and traceability, intelligent defect prediction and resolution, natural language-based test case generation, engineering knowledge management and reuse.
  • Represent the organization in customer discussions, technical workshops, and solution presentations to align technology offerings with client needs.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and integration readiness.
  • Lead distributed teams across geographies, ensuring seamless collaboration, delivery alignment, and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement robust validation frameworks using NVIDIA Isaac Sim and GenAI-powered analytics.
  • Built a high-performing team of engineers and domain experts in ADAS systems.
  • Driven end-to-end solutioning for ADAS systems, integrating technical feasibility with business value.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15–20 years of experience in ADAS or autonomous driving technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, real-time software, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
  • Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, ROS, ADTF, AUTOSAR, and NVIDIA DRIVE SDK.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale automotive programs.
  • Familiarity with safety-critical systems and functional safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
  • Experience in cloud connectivity and V2X communication.
  • Experience with AI/ML for perception and decision-making.
  • Exposure to global automotive markets and regulatory environments.
  • Knowledge of model-based development and simulation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and GenAI engineering tools.
