Senior Data Scientist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and large language models.

The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-powered solutions for retail media and ad-tech. This includes developing scalable machine learning and deep learning solutions, building and optimizing training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment pipelines for large language models, and applying responsible AI principles to ensure fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation.

The successful candidate will have a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields, with 8-12 years of applied data science/machine learning experience. They will also have hands-on expertise in large language models, generative AI, and natural language processing, as well as leadership experience in guiding projects and teams.
