AI Systems Engineer

At our company, we are looking for a highly skilled AI Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture of our AI systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing the architecture of our AI systems to ensure they are cost-efficient and aligned with our overall vision.
  • Implementing major components of our product.
  • Taking ownership of the delivery timeline and coordinating the complete development of products.
  • Leading the release process and pre-planning infrastructure scaling accordingly.
  • Communicating clear goals and providing constructive feedback to manage and support the engineering team.
  • Maintaining high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs.
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
