Inside Sales Team Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Inside Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, lead the inside sales representatives team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
The Inside Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales growth strategies, managing the sales administration process, and collaborating with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and drive sales growth.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Manage and mentor the inside sales representatives team, ensuring they are motivated, goal-driven, and productive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Coordinate product demos with potential clients and ensure smooth communication between sales and technical teams.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- An in-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
- Excellent interpersonal, team management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Numerical aptitude and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
