Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Job Overview:

This is a highly influential role that oversees the quality assurance process for our software products. As Senior Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, leading cross-functional teams to integrate quality into every stage of development, and collaborating with product and development teams to drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality standards and best practices across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)
  • Lead and mentor QA engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development, driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
  • Drive innovation in testing technologies and methodologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing timely and accurate information on quality-related matters

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS)
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
