We're seeking an experienced automation specialist to drive our end-to-end testing strategy.

About this Role

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you'll own test automation across UI, APIs, and pipelines. You'll write clean tests, ensure high quality code, and collaborate closely with development teams to achieve seamless deployment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop robust UI test flows using modern tools like Playwright
  • Investigate the potential of AI-driven QA processes to enhance efficiency
  • Automate backend/API tests leveraging Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent technologies
  • Create comprehensive smoke tests, regression suites, and sanity checks
  • Integrate all automated tests into GitHub pipelines for auto-validation
  • Analyze failing builds, isolate bugs, and log them efficiently
  • Coordinate with developers, product managers, and releases to stay informed about project progress
  • Maintain test data and oversee the management of test environments

What We Require:

  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with contemporary UI automation tools
  • Deep understanding of API testing, version control, and test lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Proficiency in writing, maintaining, and debugging automated test scripts
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (K6, JMeter) is beneficial
  • Prior exposure to testing AI/ML-based systems would be advantageous
