Digital Transformation Contract Manager

We're seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our digital transformation services, you'll help clients navigate the complexities of contract management and drive growth through innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing
- Design and configure contract management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations)
- Implement project costing, project contracts, and project billing modules with hands-on experience
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement frameworks
- Provide on-call support and work in rotational shifts as needed
- Utilize excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive results
Key Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of functional experience in contract management modules
- Strong expertise in contract management, including minimum 2 end-to-end implementations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support
