Senior UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UX designer to help us create innovative and user-friendly digital products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions, from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft industry-leading designs that meet the needs of our customers.

  • Design user flows, wireframes, pixel-perfect designs, and prototypes to bring ideas to life.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to collaborate on product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners to inform product direction and validate new concepts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the design to life flow.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process.
  • Ensure cohesiveness with the Vista design system and marketing brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies.
  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers.
  • Possession of passion for designing simple solutions to complex customer and business problems.
