Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business outcomes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new associates by coaching team leaders and learning ambassadors
• Partner with COEs to resolve attendance, leave, and payroll anomalies
• Lead associate-centered leadership practices for the station in coordination with HRBP
• Foster engagement and connectivity with the workforce alongside HRBP
• Maintain accurate headcount in line with labor management expectations
• Collaborate with HRBP and site leaders to maintain a positive employee relations climate
• Develop fluency in HR policies and ensure their implementation, adherence, and compliance
Requirements
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
