**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced production leader to oversee the scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of our molding operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of leadership and team management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and monitoring production to ensure efficient use of resources;
  • Maintaining accurate records of production output and quality control measures;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes;
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency;
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements;

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Production Scheduling & Monitoring: Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
  2. Productivity Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste, and develop and implement plans to achieve these goals.
  3. Process Parameter Management: Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.
  4. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve production targets.
  5. Quality Management: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements through effective quality control measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in production management, preferably in an engineering industry;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Technical knowledge of molding processes and materials;
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Knowledge of APQP related documentation and PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan;
  • Knowledge of DOE for the Molding Process;
  • Hands-on experience in running injection molding machines and accessories;
  • Capable in new tool trials for plastic parts;
  • Capable in different types of plastic material processing;
