Job Title: Performance Marketer

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Marketer to develop, implement, and optimise paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role involves strategy, execution, and analysis, working closely with our creative team to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and make data-driven recommendations to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Build and test different audience segments and funnels, utilising A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators and adjust campaign strategies accordingly to maximise ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new formats, and growth hacking strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads, with the ability to navigate complex advertising ecosystems.
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Good understanding of attribution modelling, pixel setup, and conversion tracking, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
  • Comfortable with experimentation and iteration, with a willingness to take calculated risks and learn from failures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise language.
