Job Title: Campaign Manager

Rus Education is a leading Overseas Education Provider in India, specializing in helping students pursue a career in medicine. With over 30 years of experience, the company has successfully facilitated thousands of students from all across India in securing seats for MBBS in Russia.

The highly subsidized fees, high-quality medical education, and recognition from prestigious organizations make Russia a preferred destination for Indian students. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage campaign resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and influencer outreach.
  • Drive innovation and improvement in campaign effectiveness through creative problem-solving.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in EdTech/FMCG/IT.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
