API Architectural Specialist

We are seeking an innovative Software Engineer who can create and enhance complex API platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs used across eCommerce and automation systems.
  • Develop and optimize microservices for improved performance, resilience, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with front-end, AI, and infrastructure teams to integrate services effectively.
  • Guarantee APIs are secure, well-documented, and developer-friendly.
  • Debug, monitor, and improve existing API endpoints to reduce latency and boost throughput.
  • Explore novel solutions for system bottlenecks, data flow, and third-party integrations.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Node.js (ES6+) and back-end JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid experience building and scaling APIs (REST, GraphQL).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORMs.
  • Understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about system architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
