Job Title:

Senior Client Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire store operations.
  • Develop and maintain high-value relationships with HNI clients through exceptional sales skills.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and meet targets.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, inspiring team members to deliver top-notch customer service and exceed expectations.
  • Lead by example, engaging with customers to build strong relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven luxury retail management experience with 2-4 years of direct sales experience in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to connect with HNI clients on a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-driven with a track record of driving sales and profitability in high-pressure retail environments.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and industry developments.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
