About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing financial management and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated solutions to streamline MIS and reporting processes.
  • Analyze variances in revenue and identify key drivers.
  • Promptly provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain audit schedules, aging reports, and financial disclosures.
  • Support the implementation of internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
  • CA Inter qualification with 2+ years of experience in MIS, accounting, financial reporting, or related domains.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit practices.
  • Hands-on experience with variance analysis, ageing, receivables management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Zoho Books), and familiarity with automation tools preferred.
