Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead financial reporting, tax compliance, and project financing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, management information systems reports, and dashboards.
  2. Financial Modelling: Develop intricate financial models and conduct ratio analysis to inform strategic decision-making and fundraising activities.
  3. Detailed Project Reports (DPRs): Create thorough project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  4. Taxation & Compliance: Oversee direct tax, Goods and Services Tax, and Tax Deducted at Source compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  5. Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  6. Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  7. Advisory & Strategy: Provide insightful guidance on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Intermediate or Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
