Job Title: Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and performing metabolite identification studies using LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and other analytical techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacology, pharmaceutical analysis, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical chemistry with relevant experience in DMPK concepts. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and interpreting structural information for Phase-1, 2, and 3 metabolites.

As a Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics Specialist, you will apply drug metabolism principles and pathways to support regulatory documentation and submissions. You will also provide insights on DMPK concepts to project teams and represent the group in internal and external meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and perform invitro and invivo metabolite identification studies using LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and other analytical techniques.
  • Analyze complex data sets and interpret structural information for Phase-1, 2, and 3 metabolites.
  • Apply drug metabolism principles and pathways to support regulatory documentation and submissions.
  • Provide insights on DMPK concepts to project teams and represent the group in internal and external meetings.
Requirements

The following qualifications and skills are required for this position:

  • M. Pharm (Pharmacology/Pharmaceutical Analysis) or M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry) degree with 5-8 years of experience, or Ph.D. with 2-5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of various concepts of DMPK in large molecule/ADC with excellent communication skills.
