Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate communications specialist to join our team. As a corporate communications specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that include internal and external communication on social media
  • Manage internal communications through collaboration with the comms and biz teams
  • Research, write or vet content and design for emails, newsletters, org website, infographics, social media, etc. to provide exceptional output and meet deadlines
  • Plan and initiate communication initiatives for org events
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's policies, brand guidelines, style guide, and keep up to date with relevant developments
  • Work with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the organizational goals
  • Assist in communication from leadership
  • Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes
  • Proactively measure performance of communication strategies

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven 4+ or 8+ years' experience as communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations
  • Experience in copywriting and editing for all platforms
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication (oral and written)
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams
  • Works well under pressure and meets timelines
  • BSc/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field
