We are seeking a skilled engineer to transform product ideas into manufacturable designs, drive standardization, and incorporate customer feedback into every iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical product drawings for products.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to standardize manufacturing processes as per drawings.
  • Work with design and operations to balance aesthetics, function, and manufacturability.
  • Integrate user/customer feedback into product development cycles.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on new designs, materials, and joinery methods.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure version control for product designs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of engineering experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Understanding of materials, joinery, and manufacturing processes.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical implementation.
  • Exposure to product testing and standardization.
