A Senior Associate Human Resources professional is required to join our team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages for employees.

  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions to assess employee progress.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status, ensuring accurate data.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records for seamless reference.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization to promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, process employee queries, and respond in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
