User Acquisition Specialist

As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the entire process of acquiring new users for our mobile games. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies that integrate campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Create and manage audience segments using MMPs and ad platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect user acquisition with retention and monetization strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) and MMPs (AppsFlyer).
  • Strong working knowledge of user acquisition KPIs (CPI, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, retention).
  • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau).
