Financial Operations Manager

As a senior member of the finance team, you will oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise in managing financial data and processes will be essential in ensuring seamless financial management.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills to manage financial operations effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification and at least 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, travel and expense, and payroll
  • Prepare variance analysis and financial performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and regulatory obligations

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements
  • Proven ability to review and manage financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
