Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Professional to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for analyzing data and payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will support all payroll functions and programs impacting employees, serving as a resource for the employee population.

This includes processing new hires, terminations, tax and payment election setup, ongoing and one-time earning and deduction processing, garnishment/support order processing, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll production.

In addition, the selected candidate will accurately update the employee payroll database in compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.

To excel in this role, you will perform rigorous quality checks on payroll data to ensure accuracy and avoid unnecessary re-work.

You will also support the delivery of payroll services to agreed timelines and participate in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations.

Key qualifications include:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in US and Canada Payroll, including knowledge of multi-state pay requirements and taxes
  • Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR knowledge a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to follow documented processes and work within deadlines
  • Flexibility during month and year end closings
