We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the financial operations function, managing a team of 7 people. Key responsibilities include:

  • MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain management information systems to track financial performance and provide insights for business decisions.
  • Costing and Product Profitability: Analyze costs and develop strategies to improve profitability, ensuring accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Inventory Management and Accounts Payables: Oversee inventory management and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and minimizing risks.
  • Statutory Audit and Internal Audit: Coordinate with external auditors and internal audit teams to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Corporate Reporting: Prepare periodic corporate reports, including quarterly Hyperion financials, and present findings to the board and CEO.
  • Treasury, Receivables, and Cash Flow Management: Manage treasury activities, monitor cash flows, and optimize working capital to minimize risks.
  • Indirect Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST and indirect tax regulations, coordinating with the L&T Corporate Indirect Tax Team.
  • Direct Tax Compliance: Manage direct tax compliance at the entity level, collaborating with the L&T Corporate Direct Tax Department and tax auditor.
  • Employee Benefit Trust (PF, Gratuity, and SAF): Handle employee benefit trust activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Revenue and Capex Controls: Monitor revenue and capex spend, maintaining ERP controls and ensuring overall internal control framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing financial teams and developing MIS reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze costs and develop strategies to improve profitability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of GST and indirect tax regulations, as well as direct tax compliance.
  • Experience with ERP systems and internal control frameworks.
