Global Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our global hiring strategy, driving workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in recruitment leadership, having led high-performing teams and developed successful hiring strategies that drive business growth.

This role requires collaboration with senior leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders to understand organizational objectives and align hiring plans with strategic goals.

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Define and execute global recruitment strategies, ensuring the right talent is attracted and acquired to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Hiring Strategy Development: Develop and implement data-driven hiring plans that forecast talent demand and optimize workforce planning processes.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Foster an inclusive work environment by driving diversity hiring initiatives and building strong relationships with diverse communities.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives, improve recruitment processes, and enhance employer branding globally.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of scaling recruitment teams in high-growth organizations, possessing exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 15+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 7+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven expertise in global talent acquisition across multiple regions
  • Strong experience in leadership hiring, employer branding, and recruitment technology adoption
  • Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment teams in high-growth organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
