We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Product Security team.

  • Manage and oversee a team of engineers and cybersecurity professionals dedicated to product security for cardiac medical devices.
  • Implement strategic Product Security plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering collaboration across various teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to integrate security practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee vulnerability identification and remediation, ensuring timely incident response.
  • Establish and maintain security standards, frameworks, and best practices for product development and deployment.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform security strategies.
  • Communicate complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the team and organization.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in engineering or cybersecurity roles, with expertise in product security, particularly in medical device or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management processes, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
