Job Title:

Senior Software Engineering Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management to define product requirements and drive product development.

  • Work closely with QA engineers to ensure seamless testing and deployment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise in software engineering, preferably with experience in cloud-based technologies.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including automation and continuous integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
