Wireless Networking Specialist

The role of Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineer is pivotal in the 5G ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RAN technology and be well-versed in conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities.
Key responsibilities include defining wireless coverage requirements, selecting radio solutions as per project needs, and providing interference analysis and mitigation support. Additionally, the successful candidate will stay up-to-date on various original equipment manufacturer (OEM) solutions and assist customers in procuring Private 5G spectrum.
- Comprehensive testing and validation of 5G RAN functionalities to ensure compliance with standards.
- Defining wireless coverage requirements and selecting suitable radio solutions.
- Interference analysis and mitigation support, dimensioning, link budget, coverage planning, and report preparation.
- Understanding spectrum requirements and assisting customers in obtaining Private 5G spectrum.
- Preparing bill of materials/quantity (BoM/BoQ) and facilitating purchase orders for customers.
- Staying informed about OEM solutions and showcasing product offerings to meet customer needs.
- Creating technical proposal responses for tenders/RFPs involving private mobile networks.
